The surgery will be closed from 2pm on Tuesday 10 November for staff training.  The surgery will re-open again on Wednesday 21 at 8.00am 

Out of Hours
During the daytime a receptionist can contact the doctor on call. After 6.30pm and at weekends, when the surgery is closed, please dial either 568405 or Staffordshire Doctors Out of Hours Service on  0300 7900 247 where you will be put through to the out of hours service.  You can also dial 111.

Home Visits
The doctor will visit any patient who is too ill to attend the surgery – please telephone before 9.30am wherever possible if you require a home visit.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone us as soon as possible, so the appointment can be used by another patient.

Late evening and early morning appointments

We offer a limited number of early morning appointments, in addition to the late evening appointments we already offer. The new appointments will start at 7.30am until 8.00am, and will usually be on Monday mornings. The late evening appointments will run, as at present, on Monday from 6.30pm until 7.20pm. There may occasionally be slight variations to this, due to holidays or training etc, so please ask at reception for the next date.


GP Registrar

We are pleased to welcome Dr Digby York as our new GP Registrar.  Dr York will be with us for 12 months



There have been a few changes to reception team.

Jeanette is our head receptionist and prescribing champion

Lynda is our midwife support and morning receptionist

Bobbie is our new registrations champion and receptionist
