We respect and protect your confidentiality and privacy. This system does not store any information about you, it merely forwards the information submitted using the internet form provided to the surgery's e-mail address and is not entered into a database.
By using this facility you will be sending information to a secure e-mail address, provided by the NHS, but we accept no responsibility should any information be misappropriated.
If you use a web browser that has an "autocomplete" facility turned on for information entered into internet form fields then this may reveal to another person who may use your computer that you have used the system.
