Emergencies

During Practice Hours: Telephone 01283 568405

Between 8.00am and 6.00pm a receptionist can contact the doctor on call. After 6.00pm aphone_nd at weekends, when the surgery is closed, your call will be automatically forwarded to the Staffordshire Doctors Out of Hours Service. If you want to ring them direct, their number is 111. They will discuss your problem with you, and decide how best to deal with it, by giving you advice, asking you to attend at the local Out of Hours centre at Queens Hospital, or by sending an ambulance or doctor.

The Out of Hours centre at Queens Hospital is only for emergencies, and should not be used for routine matters.
