Out of Hours
During the daytime a receptionist can contact the doctor on call. After 6.00pm and at weekends, when the surgery is closed, your call will be automatically forwarded to the Badger Out of Hours Service. If you want to ring them direct, their number is 0300 1 30 30 30. You can also ring NHS Direct for advice on 0845 4647.

Home Visits
The doctor will visit any patient who is too ill to attend the surgery – please telephone before 9.30am wherever possible if you require a home visit.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone us as soon as possible, so the appointment can be used by another patient.

Patient Group

staff_Friends[1]The Patient Group is a small group of patients who meet quarterly with the surgery to offer advice and suggestions on improvements to the practice.

The current members are (left to right), Mr Leon Knowles, Mr Russell Stride, Mr Sam Reed, Mrs Donna Grey and Mrs June Morris.

Past areas they have been involved with are the new television and DVD player - last years Christmas Raffle organised by the forum raised over £200 towards this; the redecorations to the reception area; discussions on the results of the patient survey. The forum is curently intending to hold another Christmas Raffle, and use the money for improvements to the Kiddies Area in the waiting room.
